MEET THE FAMILY

Something Blue is a family of talented artists who
all work together to support each other. As creatives, we all
celebrate our strengths and find joy in growing together as artists.

We started in 2010 when Liz began photographing weddings,
families and newborns. From the beginning she has viewed our
clients as family, and through the years our Something Blue family
has grown beyond anything Liz could have imagined.
When Conrad and Lindsay came on to help Liz we all
found in each other the opportunity to develop as artists
while distinguishing ourselves as individuals. 

For years we ran Something Blue out of Liz's little farmhouse,
but once we had over ten photographers and videographers on staff
it was time to move into a space that would work better for everyone.
In the summer of 2018 we opened our gorgeous studio space in
downtown Arlington Heights. We absolutely love our studio. It's the
best place to meet with couples, photograph newborns, host
workshops and spend late nights bonding over beer pong.
We love having family stop by for a drink or
when a former bride and groom introduce us
to their new babies during a shoot.
