Andrea & Mike's Emotional Makray Memorial Golf Club Wedding
Andrea and Mike weathered the storm of life together all within the first year of dating - her mom was diagnosed with cancer and then later passed away on their third anniversary. Her last words to Andrea and Mike were wishing them a happy anniversary. Losing Andrea's mother brought them closer together and made them realize how much they cared for one another.
Andrea has a calm and quiet demeanor that made everyone feel at peace during their beautiful fall wedding. She warmly welcomed us when we arrived, and then joyfully transformed into a stunning bride in her simple lace Theia wedding gown. Andrea and Mike wrote letters to each other that the read just before their first look. When they saw each other, their faces both lit up with excitement and joy. As we took photos throughout the picturesque grounds of Makray Memorial Golf Club a light rain began to fall, but Andrea and Mike calmly faced into it and held each other close. Andrea and Mike's bond with her mother was powerfully felt on their wedding day; it was an emotional celebration of their love steeped in memory yet looking forward to a life together filled with adventure.
