Kate & Brett's Gorgeous Fall Makray Memorial Golf Club Wedding
Kate and Brett met at The New England College of Optometry after he made a goofy joke about her Iowa-shaped necklace during orientation. On their second meeting, he came to her house party and asked if he could put his beer in her fridge. While it took a while for them to really connect and find romance, once they did they became inseparable. As their love grew they found one another to be kindred spirits; they are both smart, outgoing and social and together seem like they could conquer the world.
We first met Kate and Brett the weekend of their wedding, but their generous warmth toward us made for an instant connection. We loved being there at Makray Memorial Golf Club and felt like we were celebrating with old friends. The weather was amazing, every beautiful detail was carefully considered, but most importantly, the love between Kate and Brett was at the center of everything. From their sweet first look to their emotional ceremony to their rocking reception it was the most perfect day. For us the highlight was taking a moment together to photograph Kate and Brett's first dance as husband and wife under the most stunning sunset. We loved every moment of this gorgeous fall wedding.
