Angela and Scott's Sweet Summer White Deer Run Wedding

September 06, 2019  •  Leave a Comment

Angela and Scott met in college when they were lifeguards together at the same beach. It took Scott the whole summer to work up the courage to ask Angela out. A decade later they revisited that same beach when the time came for their romantic engagement photo session. They have a kind and loving way of making one another laugh as they fall more in love every day.

On their wedding day, Angela and Scott exchanged their vows at the same church as her parents, the beautiful Church of St. Mary in Lake Forest. Scott's reaction to seeing his gorgeous bride walk down the aisle was beyond adorable. He was overcome with emotion as she beamed beautifully with her proud father holding her tight by his side. After the ceremony, Angela's Dad had brought one of his awesome vintage trucks to use for photos outside the church. The truck stopped traffic as the newlyweds posed for photos, but they only noticed one another as they sweetly celebrated being married.

When the time came for Angela and Scott's reception at White Deer Run in Vernon Hills, we loved discovering the sweet personal touches that Angela and Scott had sprinkled throughout the space (scroll through to find THE cutest table number signs EVER). Their attention to detail and love of family was fully on display when Angela's sister performed her song "Sanctuary" for their first dance together as husband and wife. It was the most amazingly perfect day, we were so thankful to be a part of it.

Congratulations, Angela and Scott we love you and wish you a lifetime of happiness together!
